iPhone OS 4.0

Apple, Keynote, Update, iPhone 10 Comments

The event is scheduled for thursday, 8th April at 10 am PT

Apple has not officially disclosed any details about its next iPhone OS, but a few rumors suggest it will introduce enhanced multitasking. The current iPhone OS (3.0) only allows a few core apps, such as iPod and Mail, to run in the background while another app is active.

Rumours hint that iPhone OS 4 will have a multitasking feature based on Apple’s Exposé, a tool in Mac OS X that enables users to see all open applications in an exploded view and quickly switch between them.

iPad Day . . .

Apple, Technology, Unboxing 1 Comment

3rd April 2010 . . . a great day for our American friends . . . Of course its the official release of the Apple WIFI iPad Today.

Now living in the Uk we don’t get the iPad until the end of this month, but after watching my youtube subscription block start to fill up with iPad unboxing videos, it was all to much.

I have to Amit i was one of many people who said i never wanted an iPad and could find no use for it at all, but as the hands on videos start coming live, its hard not to have a look and start imagining what i would look like sitting on your desk in-front of you. I am warming to the device everyday and can imagine it being useful if i only had an Apple Desktop. The iPad is a Device which for some people will be a God-send but for others just another apple Device.

Griffin Elevator Stand unboxing & review

Product review, Technology, Unboxing No Comments

i uploaded a new video to youtube showing my opinions on this amazing stand from Griffin Technology. This stand does exactaly what it says on the box . . . elevates your laptop (10″ or bigger) for an eye level height of 5,5″. This stand retails for £29 from the apple store and is a bit pricy for a bit of aluminium and plastic, but in my opinion it is well worth the asking price in the long run.

Pro’s:

Elevates your laptop to a nice viewing angle

Helps cool your laptop

Helps maintain a good back posture

very well built

nice deign to match macbook pro

Con’s

Flexible

high asking price

LG 32LH300 Review

Product review, Technology 34 Comments

3 months ago i bought my 32″ LG LCD HD TV and i love it, i can safely say its the best TV that i have ever owned, not only is the picture quality outstanding, the sound is mind blowing. This LG 32″ tv has some amazing features which other TV’s at the same price range (£399) don’t offer.
